Is John Crestani’s Super Affiliate System a Scam?

When it comes to John Crestani, it’s easy to get confused because there are many contradictory reviews and opinions about him and his courses.

Some people call openly his courses a scam, and there are people who became successful entrepreneurs who make a lot of money every month thanks to his courses. And I don’t mean that they became rich selling his courses. They learned from John Crestani how to make money online with affiliate marketing.

So, what’s the truth? Is it a scam? Is it a good idea to buy John’s Crestani Super Affiliate System?

First, let me explain that there are a lot of bad reviews of John Crestani because of his previous course named “Internet Jetset”. I wouldn’t call it a scam, but it was a poor course.

Nowadays he sells Super Affiliate System 2.0, which has been greatly improved, and which is about making money online selling affiliate products with paid traffic.

So, this review is only about the current Super Affiliate System 2.0. I know that John Crestani had a poor course in the past, I know that he was recommending some bad programs as an affiliate, but it’s the past. Now in this review I am only concerned with his current course and if Super Affiliate System 2.0 is worth buying or not.

If you don’t want to go through this whole review and you want just a short answer, I must say that the Super Affiliate System is certainly not a scam, and that you’ll get a lot of value from his course, especially if you want to start making money online as an affiliate marketer from a scratch. If you don’t have any knowledge about the affiliate marketing and paid traffic, then the course is very good for you.

But is it the best course out there and is it worth the money? If you want answers to these questions, you should read this whole review and decide for yourself. So, first let’s take a look at the current version of John Crestani’s course.

Who Is John Crestani and Who Am I?

I am an ordinary affiliate marketer who learned how to make money online, thanks to the Wealthy Affiliate Community. I am very thankful to Wealthy Affiliate and after becoming a successful affiliate marketer in the Health/Beauty niche, I decided to start writing about online marketing, to expose online marketing scams and to promote genuine courses and platforms like Wealthy Affiliate.

I mostly promote my websites with SEO, it means with free traffic from the search engines. I write a lot to create content that people read and that helps people to make decisions about buying different products. I get a commission when people buy a product I recommend.

Now John Crestani is also an affiliate marketer, but the very successful one. He has made a lot of money thanks to affiliate marketing. He started with nothing, but thanks to his marketing skills, knowledge and hard work he grew his business a lot, and he makes over $440,000 every month, nowadays.

He has been featured on many major TV and newspaper news like Forbes and others. There’s no doubt he’s a genuinely successful entrepreneur.

He claims that many people started asking him to become their mentor because they wanted to learn from him how to make money online. He agreed and created his courses Internet Jetset and Super Affiliate System.

It was easy to see from the Internet Jetset that he wasn’t an SEO expert. But in his Super Affiliate System he proved that he isn’t only a very successful entrepreneur, but also a very good mentor of paid traffic methods, like Facebook Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads.

What Does John Crestani Teach?

John Crestani combines affiliate marketing with paid traffic marketing. Affiliate marketing means you refer people to different products or services and when they buy anything you get commissions and make money.

The good thing about affiliate marketing, as John Crestani teaches it, is that you can start from the scratch and you don’t need your own product, clients, email lists, or support. You can make money alone, and work from any place in the world where there’s an internet connection.

So, you can, not only make money, but also have the freedom to travel the world, and work when you want to work. I am not saying that you’ll make money on autopilot. It does not work like that. You’ll need to put time and money into it. You’ll need to work. It’s not a get-rich-quick method, or a scam, what really all those get-rich-quick methods are.

It can be hard in the beginning, because you’ll need to learn a lot of new things, especially if you’re new to online marketing.

Paid traffic marketing means that you won’t need to write so much as I do. You’ll drive traffic to your website by paying for traffic. There are pros and cons of this, of course. So, the good thing is that you’ll have more free time with paid traffic marketing. I’ll write about the cons later.

Who Is Super Affiliate System For?

This program is good for many people; people who are complete beginners to online marketing, people who want to have an extra income, and people who want to become completely free from their day jobs. It’s also good for marketers who already make some money online, but would like to learn how to master paid advertising marketing.

How Does the System Work?

He first teaches paid Facebook marketing, which is a good idea, because from my experience it’s the easiest for newbies.

So, he teaches how to get traffic from paid Facebook ads, and then sends the traffic to his presell page, which is on his blog or website. Then he offers a product that converts well. Those are the three simple steps, but it isn’t as simple as it sounds, if you don’t know how to do it properly.

It’s paid advertising, so if you do it wrong, you can lose money quickly, instead of making money. That’s why you need someone who will teach you how to do it properly and will mentor you step by step.

That person is John Crestani who’s really good at it. Apart from a teacher you need good ads. The best and most engaging ads are video ads. He gives such ads to the members of his program.

You’ll also need good presell pages. He also gives such pages, and will teach you how to quickly and easily create WordPress based websites. So, you don’t need to be a technical person to learn it and to do it.

And the last, you’ll need offers that convert very well. You’ll also learn about those from John. So, you’ll get everything you need to do these 3 steps well

1. Facebook ads
2. Presell page
3. Very well converting offers

If you do any of the above steps incorrectly, you’ll fail and lose money. If you do them well, you’ll make money. That’s the problem and the advantage of paid affiliate marketing. You can make money easily if you know what you’re doing, but you can also lose money easily if you don’t do things well.

The Cons of Joining Super Affiliate System

So, John Crestani will give you everything you need, but you must work with the affiliate products he recommends. He basically gives you two such products and you must work with one of them.

Is there anything wrong with it? Why is he doing that? Well, there’s nothing wrong with it, if you can make a lot of money this way. He gives you everything and he makes it easier for you to make money, so he’s expecting you to work with the affiliate products he has everything ready to promote to. He has the ads, presell pages, customers’ data, etc.

I guess he is the affiliate of those networks too, so when you sign up under him and you sell the products, you make money for yourself and also for him. Nothing wrong with that if you can make a lot of money, right?

The problem is that in the past one of those programs was MOBE, which was a scam. And you also needed to become a member of MOBE, pay them a lot of money to be able to promote them. After, it became obvious that MOBE is a scam, he dropped promoting them.

Hopefully John Crestani learned from his mistakes, and now he chooses only good affiliate programs that aren’t scams. Hopefully, you don’t need to pay money to be able to promote them.

To summarize, John Crestani’s system isn’t a scam and it’s a good system for people who want to make money online with paid advertising and affiliate marketing. I would rather recommend you Wealthy Affiliate community (I’ll write about WA more below), to learn more marketing skills, but if you don’t want to write a lot, and want to make money faster by paid advertising, then Super Affiliate System 2.0 might be for you.

Wealthy Affiliate (WA) or Super Affiliate System 2.0 (SAS)?

I personally prefer Wealthy Affiliate, because I can learn more, and I have there everything I need to make money online.

You can join WA for free to learn a lot and make some money. I personally think that it’s good to join for free to learn how WA works, but then if you are serious about becoming online entrepreneur, you should upgrade to Premium Membership, which costs $47 per month.

Joining SAS is one-time payment of $997, but in WA the web hosting, website building software and many other great tools are included in the fee. You’ll get everything you need. In SAS you’ll need to pay extra every month for web hosting and software (optional).
